Tristan Hazlett is a Financial Business Associate at MFC and serves as the first point of contact for clients, whether by phone, email, or in person. Known for her warm, professional approach, she is dedicated to creating a seamless and welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
She holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Shawnee State University—a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science (Biology) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminology—as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification. Her academic background provides a unique blend of analytical thinking and behavioral insight, allowing her to better understand and support client needs.
Before joining MFC in January 2026, Tristan worked in healthcare administration at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky, where she focused on patient satisfaction, experience, and employee onboarding. This experience strengthened her commitment to a people-first approach that she brings to every client interaction.
Originally from Kentucky, Tristan relocated to Charleston in late 2025 and has quickly become an integral part of the MFC team. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
