Customer Relationship Summary

In June 2019, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) released a new policy requiring that registered investment financial advisors, as well as broker-dealers, who work with investors in retail businesses must provide a customer relationship summary, or CSR.

This document is intended to ensure transparency and should disclose service offerings, the types of customer relationships a firm maintains, as well as any associated fees, costs, or conflicts of interest.

Brochure – ADV Part 2A

As part of the requirement of investment financial advisors registered with the Securities Exchange Commission, we have supplied this detailed brochure. In this document you will find our fees, services, and any conflicts of interest we might have. When evaluating a financial advisor we recommend reviewing their ADV Part 2A (aka “the brochure”).

In particular we advise you to read the section on the advisor’s fees to find out how they may benefit monetarily from working with you. In our ADV Part 2A you will find our fees in a transparent and straightforward manner as a commitment to you and your peace of mind, as well as in accordance to the laws and fiduciary standard. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Wrap Fee Program

When making trades, often there can be a cost associated with managing your portfolio. These fees are usually identified in a “Wrap Fee Program.” Some firms charge a fee to enroll in their Wrap Fee Program, however at Morris Financial Concepts once you reach a certain fee threshold you will automatically enroll in the program. This means MFC will pay your transaction and trading fees for you.

For those clients who do not reach this fee threshold, there are some additional costs associated with managing your portfolio. The details of our Wrap Fee Program can be found in our Wrap Fee Policy.
